oh, sam, i was nominated by my peers to be on homecoming court. think of it like prom court, if you have that... i've never heard of a school that doesn't have homecoming court, so i'm not sure if you have prom court either...
but we get sashes and we get to walk down the middle of the football field at half time in our formal attire while the band is playing and an announcer talks about us, and then when we all get to the 50 yard line, two of us are crowned king and queen. tada.
froze my fucking ass off doing that. it was cruel and unusual punishment to have to be out in the freezing cold in a strapless dress. D:

went to an art walk and tripped on lsd instead of going to the game.

hm.. sounds fun. But no, my high school didn't have prom king/queen/etc. I'm kinda glad we didn't.
