Princess Mononoke should be your next one. And of course, go see Ponyo in theatres while it's still there. Other than that, I dunno, just watch them all...order doesn't matter much. They're all at least good, if not fantastic.

Princess Mononoke is a must watch, it's a toss up between Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away for my favorite of his movies. The others are not all that great. I could have done without watching Kiki's Delivery Service.

Howl's Moving Castle is pretty good, but not awesome.

From what I remember of Howl's Moving Castle, it was really good, but dragged on at a couple points.
Never seen Castle in the Sky, looks cool though

I think the general consensus is that Miyazaki does not make bad films, just some films are better than others. Mononoke and Howl's were masterpieces, and Spirited away was really really great. Haven't seen Ponyo yet.
