Save, load into MS Paint, re-save, upload, post.

Normally MS Paint's lack of multiple-frame support is a bad thing. In this case, it's a convenient way to only get the first frame of this animation.

Or do you not want the first frame?

Can't you separate them in Gimp and save each frame?
