DIAGNOSE ME

they are:
-red bumps on my ribcage, back, and right shoulder
-very itchy
-spreading (or at least appear to be... they weren't on my shoulder or back around noon. )

they are not:
-filled with any sort of pus or liquid (ew, I know)
-very large

if there were there yesterday, I didn't notice them.  They seem like bug bites, but I haven't had that area of my body exposed at all.. and it wouldn't explain why they're spreading.

Maybe you are having an allergic reaction to something? Like the laundry detergent you use, body wash, body spray or perfume etc..

i haven't changed anything like that recently though. The only not-normal thing about today is that I got a cavity filled in the morning.

My first guess would be chickenpox, since you said it was spreading, but if you've already had them, I guess some allergic reaction idk.

i haven't actually had them, but I think I just got the vaccine last month.

um, kay.

I went to the dentist around 8 and got a cavity filled, I went home and hadn't eaten anything because of the bad numbness in my mouth. around noon i went to shower and found the spots on my stomach.

then I ate one of those tiny snickers bard (fun size yay) then I worjked on cosplay

and then i noticed there were spots on my back and a few on my shoulder around dinner time..
