why is it always my family?

what else has happened to your family that makes you exclaim 'why is it always my family'

My uncle crashed his Fed Ex truck in a bridge on I-95 and it couldn't be removed for several hours. As you can imagine, that caused quite a ruckus. He died though, so we don't make fun of him.

my cousins down the street caused an uproar in my town when (oh god this story is too hard to explain) a black guy tried to kidnap his son from the house and murder my cousin/the boy's mother.

then my distant cousins who live behind me also caused a bit of a freak out after their double-suicide.

those stories are all kinda sad though.
