Really is also slang.

Use a real word. Like very, quite, or exceptionally. akudood;

"That lady's hair was exceptionally entertaining."

How is "really" slang? It's an adverb that is meant to eliminate any perception of hyperbole

I just remembered, I use "rather" a lot too.
