No, this would be a stupid reason to hate somebody for.

If you are prepared to give your entire life to a child for 18 years, then go for it.
I personally think that if the time is very wrong (if you can't handle such a thing right now or the child would not be given the life it deserves) then you should take the abortion.
However, I also warn that if you get the abortion, the memory will always be there. It might not ruin you, but knowing that you almost had a child and you decided to take away the possibility of it living will always be there.
But I do honestly believe that the abortion may be a feasible option.
Our world already has too many children.
And I also hope this serves as a warning to you.

But if you keep the child, make sure it gets what it deserves and you better prepare to have your life completely changed.
