Whenever my music (or sound file that I'm playing) gets soft/low, my speakers kind of sift out. It doesn't correctly produce the volume of the sound.

Whenever my music is at a decent level of noise, it goes perfectly fine.

What do I do?

guff

get better speakers

that sounds like just a smartass answer but in this case it's the best and only answer really  akudood;
that or use headphones  akudood;

It's the speakers, most likely. If they're shitty just get new ones, otherwise try moving/bending the cord right where it connects to the jack that you put in the computer, and also if that doesn't work disassemble the speakers and pour fruit juices on the innards.

just hit them a few times with something.
that might fix it.
