No it doesn't."Boyah Forums" goes to the index of the forums. No strings attached. But "General" goes to the index and moves the page down to the category "General," which of course includes this board.

So technically it's the same page, but it's a different URL. And yeah, there isn't really much of a point in clicking the category name, but it's still there to remind you that "The Lobby" is part of it.
