a hex editor, then imagemagick to convert the raw bitmap to a png

Yeah, I know.

I edited one on MS Paint, then I saved it and edited the white background on Photoshop. And I couldn't post it from the school, so I emailed it to myself and it didn't convert very well on my computer.
