The one small little detail that you're missing here is that knowledge of the KGB and the random thing you just made up are in no way analogous. One was a major historical element in the Soviet Union throughout the entire Cold War whereas the pointless crap that you're talking about is pointless crap that no one cares about regarding the bureaucratic procedures of the U.S. government. In order for your flippant response to constitute a valid refutation, it would have had to come up with a piece a knowledge that is comparable to the KGB example in historical significance and also is acceptable for people to not know.

Alas, since the very nature of the task renders it impossible, I fear that any efforts to accomplish it are futile. Oh yeah, and yes, it is your responsibility to fill your own brain to an adequate level and yours alone. Everyone else can't do everything for you, you fucking lazy oaf.
