My Xbox shit out again.

I got one red light flashing and an E 71 error message. They told me to send it in, and I printed out the label.

but I decided to do the towel trick. The idea is that it resets the chips, so maybe that'll fix my box. If not, I've nothing to lose.


Did anyone elses Xbox shit out recently?

I've gotten one red ring once, and then my Xbox couldn't read discs. They replaced the red ringed Xbox and barely a month later it stopped reading discs.

I've had mine since the release day and have no trouble at all with it. Then again I hardly ever played it except when Halo 3 came out...
