Link only works for the user viewing it.
The session verification thing probably would not allow it. If it does allow it to be revisited repeatedly, then I can just set Opera's autorefresh on a page to applaud someone overnight. Dunno if other browsers have a timed autorefresh feature like that.
But just to test, I have it set for applauding you every 15mins 10secs
