change.gov -- commissioned by Obama, a remarkably well-designed website.
whitehouse.gov -- probably updated during Bush presidency; not a particularly good website
time.gov -- a fucking horrible website, probably made at the dawn of the internet

I wouldn't quite call change.gov "remarkably well-designed", but it's pretty close. I think whitehouse.gov is very poorly designed.
