sometimes just ass
Like I guess it started with watching southpark alot a few years ago, but I started calling my friends fatasses and then expanded to saying dumbass, asshole, etc.
My biggest phrase for when somebody does something really stupid, I'll just say, "wow, biggest dumbass" under my breath and somebody usually laughs n_u

i've started to say things that i say online IRL

but usually i doo

"...seriously" when something annoying happens
something about punching somebody in the face
other than that, theres things that im trying to get myself in the habit of saying

im starting to say luls and lawl and el oh el after shit and it's really kind of embarrassing. people are like "............did you just go lol?" and i'm like "yeah  edumacate;" and dey laffs, so i feel a little better but im trying to stop.  gonk;

I have a habit of adding "but yeah" to the beginnings of sentences and "but whatever" at the end of them. This tends to show through online as well, but it's worse in real life.

I say "legitimately" a lot for some reason.  befuddlement

like "I was legitimately on time for class today." or "I was on time for class today. legit."

Everytime I begin a new sentence I say " so anyways" and end it with either " so ya know" or " so yeah". :(
