Despite the great fear you probably have of asking someone out, it can be a pretty casual thing to do, depending on the circumstances. But...I'd recommend setting a time to talk with her, and just talking at that time every week or something. Establish something, meet and hang out a few times. Know her, write a notebook down of things shelikes for memory. Ask her out at some point.
