No conscious reason. I think it's just a habit. Thought no idea why it started. I have no problem thinking them.

Or maybe it's because when I was a toddler, and I was about to say a bad word, my mom would appear right in front of me and shake me vigorously before hanging me on the coat rack by my underwear. It was weird, like she could sense it and would teleport to wherever I was.
