just now... I was on the phone with kaz and heard something fall in the living room...I looked out my window in my room and I saw a dark grey street bike out in the driveway...this person was in my house 
I think he/she heard me cuz they took off really fast...after I hung up the phone(which makes a loud beeping noise)

I walked in the living room to find the front  door open and a figurine that was on the DVD case on the floor... DVDs are all over the floor and yard 

He didn't take anything...


Shit. I'm scared. What do I do?

I'm surprised someone would bother stealing from your house, considering the size of your town and how far out of town you live...since it was a bike it was probably someone who lives quite near you.

Not everyone locks their front doors, because not everyone lives in a city or bad area where they'd expect this sort of thing to happen. Nobody locks their front doors or car doors where I live.

My front door locks itself when you shut it (and it has a second lock to deadlock it). Which for security is kind of nice, but it makes it REALLY FUCKING EASY for me to lock myself out.
