Does anyone else feel that maybe a 24 hour news channel was a bad idea?

It seems like they spend most of their time discussing subjects of wild speculation or filler content that nobody really cares about.

I guess it was only a matter of time before they had to kill air time with multiple talking heads making grandiose statements and asking slanted questions that serve no real purpose other than draw in ratings.

Sometimes I think that maybe 24 hour news access may have been the major catalyst for the degradation of journalism.

they usually talk about things that have no importance to anyone.
