Never listened to Tool, sorry. Billy Joe has a retarded name but a good voice. Overall, Green Day can range from pretty cool (older stuff) to pretty damn stupid (american idiot)

I have nothing against Green Day, but Tool go above and beyond anything the normal band can do. I finally saw them live last year and it was easily one of the best concert's I've attended.
