Never heard of a Lucky Egg, so I don't really think there is one. Maybe Manaphy egg?

In that case, you'll want to connect to Pokemon Ranger.

You have a 5% chance of getting it and it gives you extra experience. All of my pokemon are holding them, I had loads from my FireRed.
