That height limit isn't and shouldn't be enforced. Freakishly large in height avatars are against the rules, yea; but I don't see a problem with just 15 pixels. If your screen resolution is too low to handle 15 pixels, then LOL.

The good thing about not uploading, but instead hotlinking from Photobucket is it doesn't take up room on the sight, but the thing about it being too tall is it fucks with Opera.

In firefox, too small of an avatar fucks with it.

In Firefox, a person can have a width of up to 113 pixels and it wont show up in a scroll box,; whereas in Opera, it's 106 pixels. Pretty strange when you look at the fact that Opera passed the acid test and Firefox didn't.
