Have you considered photoshop touching before submitting works? There's a special method of making lines by scanning and then touching up and colouring. GIMP may work too. I currently only got Corel Essentials for my Tablet. I wish I went with the Photoshop Elements and drivers but the computer won't let me install it because I got corel.

Hmmm, I see. Well, I will not argue with you, then. I'm only a beginning artist myself, but I like to keep my art still very clean. I usually only use the MSN handwrite feature, though. It's simple.
