I usually fall asleep on my back, but I wake up on my side.

I try all positions until I can actually sleep. If I'm really sleepy, I naturally find the right position and just fall asleep on the spot.

I can't sleep stomach down. I don't get enough air. I fall asleep on my side. When I was little, I would always stay on my back, afraid to turn away from the door on one side or the window on the other.

and i hold put one arm under the pillow I am using to put my head one and the other around the front side of it and to the back.
