Because I like RPGs, and the Resident Evil and MMX series, yes. That's mostly it for the PS1 though.

I really don't have an opinion on whether or not the DC is better than the Saturn because I haven't played very many games for either system.

no i don't really like FF8 very much...it relies on summoning the GFs way too much

so basically the battle system is ruined
