I don't respect anyone that commits suicide because it's a purely selfish act that leaves loved ones with guilt.

If he died a natural or accidental death, I'd be like "oh well," but since it's suicide, I'm like "lol."

I don't think suicide is funny, but otherwise I agree. These days, people will hang themselves over the most laughably trivial shit. I can understand why some people would feel suicidal, but if you're really that  bummed then you need to do something to improve your situation instead of wallowing in your own misery. There's nothing admirable or romantic about suicide. It's like you said: if some kid kills himself, people will regret what they did wrong but won't give as much as a single thought about what he did. Teen suicides get zero respect from me.

I don't know.  The other night I realized he hadn't been on Boyah for a few days so I checked his Facebook to see if he had been on recently.  3 hours prior to me checking he had updated his status to say "Goodbye." and hasn't been on since.
