ITT thyme is a very slow reader
i've been reading it mostly while waiting at concerts
i'm like 85% done

i like it but it's really weird to me, this is my first vonnegut novel and i'm not sure i like his style all that much goowan

that's your first one? i would have suggested starting with cat's cradle as it's less hard sci-fi, but i really love sirens of titan too so idk

it was very good but i kind of lost interest like 1/3rd of the way through
neat book to that point, though. i'll probably give it another shot someday

Finally got into the 3rd book in the culture series after a handful of attempts. Digging it a lot so far- you guys should check the series out if you like utopian scifi

Milan Kundera - The Book of Laughter and Forgetting
Thomas Pynchon - The Crying of Lot 49
Leo Tolstoy - Anna Karenina

and some Jack London collection that includes The Call of the Wild, The Sea Wolf, White Fang, and a few other things

very good book, but several of Vonnegut's other books are better, like Cat's Cradle, Slaughterhouse-Five, and Sirens of Titan

I have Wind-up Bird Chronicle and House of Leaves, I really should get on those
