Not really, whenever I was depressed and cired, was when the "popular" guys would come, they would try to be understanding, but I would laugh my ass off inside my head.

But, they did have something in common, with social problems, and I would get so...confused by it.

Just stop feeling sorry for yourself and be happy for all you have. Start thinking you can do it. go out there and just try to befriend everyone that isn't in the wrong crowd. If they reject you, it won't hurt nearly as bad as you think it will.

Hate to break it to you, but those "popular" guys are probably just assholes trying to get you to tell you your "sob story" for shits and giggles, I watch stuff like it happen all the time.

I would actually recommend trying to befriend someone like yourself, they'd understand you and the relationship would build from there.
