I deleted all my drivers, help?

Long Story
[spoiler]I was trying to get my TV Tuner card to work in Windows Media Center. So I downloaded one of those programs that gets the right drivers for you. It downloaded the new drivers, uninstalled the old ones, and I may have forgot to install half of the new drivers  gonk;

I can't access the driver backups because my screen is blocks, lines... and satan. So if anyone can suggest a method of fixing this besides, re-installing Windows XP/Vista, or Windows Restore (My windows disk dose not have that option) that would be gooooooooooood befuddlement

find the name of your video card, sound card, internet thing and stuff and download them

You'd need to have your Windows partition formatted to FAT and you'd drop them all into the appropriate directories.

try parallels idk

his pooter is custom so all of the drivers are on different discs and he had lost them all, at least i assume this
