Hasn't been a thread like this in a while.

What're you guys planning to do with your future?  Education wise, as well as occupation wise.

Personally, I'm going to finish college and get my Bachelors Degree, then I'm moving to Germany to play for Bayern Munich FC. I've got a contract offer from them, and plan on signing it.

Uh, so far I don't have much of a job plan... I'd like to do something in sports, but I don't know what. The only thing I know that I'm doing is going to UConn for college for the next four years

I might not actually be starting, but a sub for a few years.  Maybe their lower league team or something, but they did show some interest.

I plan to go to a SUNY college for secondary education, become a history teacher.

Of course that is if my plans to join a famous band or become a famous writer don't work out

I'm going to film school on the west coast (or at least media design/production), then after that I might stick around in the US if I can make enough business for myself, and if not I'll leave and get into the film business in another country.

Finish High School, maybe collage, not sure. Then go and film/photography for AWS Sect 5.

Then yeah I don't know.

I plan on signing up for either the Army or Marine Corps, serve four to eight years active duty, continue my education and get a bachelors in Criminal Justice, maybe even a masters. When I get out I plan on starting as a Pennsylvania  State Trooper or work in either the ATF, ICE, DEA, FBI etc...

Yeah, that would be ideal for me for a couple years, except I don't like being idle like that

I'm fairly positive I'm going to take a year off between high school and college and bum around Europe.

I want to take a few years off and just be a loser, sharing an apartment with some smelly dudes and be in a band that goes nowhere but still plays at local clubs and stuff on occasion, take bong hits on the couch while watching old reruns on TV,and just work as a cashier at a gamestore or something.

And of course, when I get sick of that and realize I need to go somewhere with life, I'll take 2 years of junior college and then get myself into the UC system. I'm taking it slow.

The problem lots of people face that prevents them from enjoying things is simply what other people think of the thing they are doing, and you are just lucky enough to not have that handicap.

I get that feeling sometimes, but I try to suppress the thought.

Same for me, we could have worked, got situated with housing, car and a job etc... and mature enough to handle College. Oh well.
