When you're torrenting something, and suddenly your download speed jumps to astronomical rates (for torrents)? Right now I'm downloading this app at like 450kb/s. It's awesome.

Speed boost/Power boost/whatever is used for this fancy technology is likely the culprit.

Yeah one time I was downloading a Dragonforce album just to see how they sounded and it jumped to 1 MB per second.
