help with something involving terminal

Not necessarily help with terminal, but setting up a script to run mpg123 -z ~/Music/Tunes/iTunes\ Music/*/*/*.mp3 with an alias like asfd would be cool since it's easier than typing out all of that slop.

I can have automator record my actions, but it types it out letter by letter at a sluggish pace. I also can't seem to be able to just build an automator workflow that passes this on because it'll run the command, but without opening Terminal. :'(
