Try to find loopholes. My school's filter is supposed to block sites with flash games, but for some reason it doesn't block some sites. If you can't find any unblocked sites, you could put games on a flash drive and bring it to school.

Exactly, also my schools filter can be easily bypassed, or it used to be easy to bypass, lol just hit F5 until it lets you through.

be happy that a rule was just put there for you. My county has had that rule for years.

When I was a wee lad in grade school, all we had to listen to was the air conditioner or some fat kid wheezing.

Didn't you guys have portable turntables or eight-track players or something?

Who do you think I am, Johnny Ace?

I did see one kid walking to history class with a miniature phonograph on his shoulder. I also saw big Tommy Jones take it, break it in half, and use it to amplify his voice as he called the kid names.

You went to school with Tommy Lee Jones? Man, you're such an old geezer.

My school had a "No Electronics" rule.  We couldn't use phones, iPods, handhelds at all during school hours: even during lunch.

What he said. I thought this was common sense?

Why would you want to put a CD player into the computers? Don't they have DVD drives pre-installed?

And it's been like this at every school I've ever  gone to, so quit whining.

That was a typing mistake, meant CD, the computers can already play CDs.

And in every class they haven't let us use them, but my computer teacher is nice. I'm fine with it, but a bit mad.

If you're that bored, couldn't you play games on the computer or something?

I can't play flash games while I do my work, and I've never really liked flash games much either.
