So put that down, saying that you were the treasurer and carried out presidential duties, making whatever you did sound infinitely more important than it actually was. Leave it to their interpretation. I don't mean flat out make stuff up, just stretch the reality a bit.

I just am having difficulty figuring out what to do without any job experience.

You're an idiot. They don't advertise 10-15 dollars an hour and not give it. I'm not expecting 15, I'm sure that's for people with experience, but 10 seems fine.
