Okay, here's how I feel when I sleep. First I go to sleep. During my sleep, I don't have dreams very much. Sometimes I have dreams but I usually forget them a few hours after waking up. I have never recalled a nightmare in a looong time. So I basically sleep, wake up, and occassionally have a dream that I easily forget.

But it's different for others. One time I had to share a bed with my dad at a hotel, this was uh, last June. I apparantley have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) that makes my legs shake in the night, he says my body is stiff or sometin but my legs sorta like, vibrate or shake around. He also said that one time, at 6:30 AM he was on the family computer (located down the hall from my room. Even though I sleep with my door closed, he said he heard me screaming in my sleep.

I've never noticed my RLS, I don't think anyone with RLS does. For the RLS, I don't need to get it medicated, only people who share beds need to since it often annoys their spouse. But the screaming (and also sleep talking) is weird because I don't notice it, nor have nightmares.

Any explanations?

Sleep screaming might have been a night terror.

Sleep talking isn't normally dream-related.

Also, what the other guy said.
