All of those are pre-N64 titles. Turtles in Time ruled, the Simpsons arcade game was great, Pokemon games as well, they're based off of a TV show.

But yes, 80% of them suck and Pokemon was developed by Nintendo so it was better off then Lost or most any other TV/Movie game.

Movie based games are terrible, but TV show based ones are the worst.

There are a few based off cartoons that are bearable (from over 15 years ago), but nothing else.
