Dream Jumping?

 Sometimes I'm having a dream in which I'm at a place with themes of items and characters then it changes to something completely random. Ex: I once had a dream where I was with my friends in the movie theathre, then a few moments later I was in a zombie movie, then I became a cartoon dog.   

Does this happen to some of you guys?

Also, I keep having Zombie dreams and wake up white as a sheet, I'm terrified of the thought of zombies. Is there something I can do to stop these dreams?

Gah. I'd go more into detail but I'm lazy.
