Would shipping Guitar Hero back really cost $40?

If you look there, you'll see that the refund is $132.00. Really, when Guitar Hero costs $90?
They say it's because of shipping costs, but would that really cost that much???
My thinking is this: send the game back, get my money, buy Guitar Hero III again (Brand New in perfect condition even, possibly with the new fixed sound disk), and then I'd have anywhere from like 10-25 $$$ to buy another game, maybe Professor Layton or even a Wii game if the money I already have adds up right.
But then again, I don't know how much shipping costs.
Could somebody help me out here?
