My dvd burning software is telling me to insert a blank dvd and i keep putting a blank dvd in but it is telling me to put a blank dvd in.
Seriously, what do I do?
Note: I am not burning illegal movies, my mom wanted to put our home movie on dvd.

 You may have to format the disk. Or if you can try using a different program. One of mine gives me a hard time when I copy pix to it. I remember something has to be enabled, but I don't remember what.
