It's legal to smoke if you're under 18, just not to buy them or have some one buy them for you.

basically it's illegal for minors to get them, but once they have them there isn't a law against it.  a bit retarded.

I'm sorry Lozal. I know there isn't much I can say to help at all, but I know what you're going through.

My grandmother has cancer right now, and I really don't know how much more time she has.

You apparently haven't been to Perry County, Pennsylvania.

The only doctor at that time was an old man about the age of 80 named Doctor Phautz, and he wouldn't even need to examine you to just say "well, I've give you  a shot" and take your $5. Everyone in the region thought he ha some sort of miracle cure to everything, and as a child I was probably the only bastard in that area to know he was batshit insane. Literally everyone in town would go to this guy's office for just a simple sneeze all the way up to heart attacks for some crazy shot that would rid the of everything, and I guess that time he suggested a shot and Sweet'N'Low to help my grandmother lose a couple of pounds.

He died just a few months before my grandmother did, and his daughter inherited about $25 million, as well as his apartment complex and doctor offices. His son got nothing.
