That's actually supposed to be really bad for your hair, because the shampoos take too much oil and grease out of your hair, and you need the conditioner to put some back in.

At least, that's what my 8th grade hitory teacher said, and she had nice hair and seemed to know all kinds of random tidbits of knowledge.

My Asian hair bitch tells me I probably shouldn't use conditioner unless I want it weird and wavy and oily, which I don't.

I use Garnier Fructis 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner.
It smells good.
