I already removed Grant, but I'm waiting a bit before I decide to just outright remove Unagi and Mongler.

Unagi actually seems to take care of VG pretty well. He controls LinkJGE's slop and other stuff there. Mongler was modded just so that he could make articles and sticky the links and whatnot, but we haven't done any of that in months so he's really never used his powers.
