Lactose intolerance is pretty common among Italians, as well as other peoplez, so I first thought it might be that.

However, there is an issue with that.  I can digest milk and milk products fine as long as I don't have them before/for breakfast.

Before I thought it was bread that was making me sick when I ate breakfast, but I then realized it was the milk( sliced bread also contains lactose according to wikipedia)

is there like partial lactose intolerance or something?

I keep drinking milk in the morning because it's yummy and I don't care if it makes me feel sick.

The thing is, if it's lunch, or anything a short while after breakfast I can digest it fine.

I can drink milk pretty good; even though I'm Italian.
I think all my lineages make up for it.
According to healthnet(I have this bookmarked): You can have partial lactose intolerance.
I do not have HIV/AIDS.

OH, I think I head something about this on the radio. Either that, or I'm experience weird deja vu.

So, some talkshow radio was on while going to school. The guy had a similar problem. Some guest doctor or something told the guy that the gas that has built up in his stomach overnight reacted with the milk. I forgot how.

Unless I just thought I heard this, you're experiencing this because of a gas and milk reaction.

I have that, yet I pig out on ice cream and drink chocolate milk a lot.
