The  Windows taskbar is stuck up on the right side! I can't move it down back to the bottom of the screen it's annoying as hell :'( Haaaaaalp....

Solution A: Open Win Task Manager, terminate explorer.exe, and if it doesn't re-open immediately, manually run it from task manager

Solution B: Go to display properties and apply a pre-made theme

Solution C: Right-click on taskbar and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked

Solution D: Stop playing with your taskbar

Solution E: Install Ubuntu or some other OS
