One time, I read about lucid dreams. Then I had a dream where I went out for a jog and when I came back to my house, it was burned down. I was crying because there was no sign of my family. Then I remember saying, "Oh wait, this is a dream." Once I knew it was a dream, I was able to control it, so I flew away. I barely went like 30 feet off the ground before I woke up.

I have, many times. Usually, it involves being shot straight in the face at point blank range. Like, when I was running through the forest because I was in a race, some terrorist jumped in front of me, bullet time happened, and before I knew it, I could see my own brains against a tree.
