uh to some extent
most of the cases that have been featured were at least based on fact, but they've gotten some symptoms wrong
also, many of the cases involve extremely rare diseases/manifestations of symptoms/scenarios, and sometimes are based on just one documented occurrence of such e.g. that recent episode with mr. mirror

my biggest beef (double whopper) is just with the fact that all of those extremely rare cases being treated in one hospital in new jersey is somewhat unbelievable
a more minor beef (whopper junior) is with how every doctor is like a fucking swiss army knife
