the game looks sick, but yeah the videos show the AI does suck ass. amazing concept and the main part of the game is there, they just screwed up a few parts... it could have been amazing though

The simple rule is game developers, when they try and make an original aspect of a game, they fail to polish the standard parts of the game, like the AI, and the combat system.

See Farcry (gameplay sucks), Assassin's Creed (combat and AI sucks), Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (repetitive and combat is boring as hell), Fable (short and very limited)... etc.

Not many game developers can put out a game thats polished and original.
