Also, my laptop still can't connect from my neighbor's network... and they have Charter, too.

so you guys share an ISP and some times it doesn't work? isn't that an issue related to the ISP?

I told you, it's an ISP issue.

No its not. Before the server problem, I was able to connect just fine but now for some reason I can't without a proxy.

The problem comes and goes.  Hime had it a few months ago.

I have it when I use a certain network.  Lawlz states that he has it.

It's something to do with the exact ISP.

I can get on Valentrinne right now, but I can't from his network. Whenever I can't access Valentrinne from my network, I can get here from his. If it was a problem with Charter, why would I be able to get here from one network and not the other, even though both connections have the same ISP? Why can't people in different parts of the nation with different ISPs access it at random times and others can?
