Usually it's a class you can sign up for, "Unified Sports".

Basically, you get to participate in the special olypics and get out of school, it's an easy alternative to actual gym, so it's pretty popular and actually pretty hard to get into the class.
Of course, I didn't even try, and after I was in, they wouldn't take me out.

The worst part is that I didn't even get an A. ;_;
