Where do I get photoshop?

I want to download a free full version of photoshop or whatever, but I'm not sure how this process goes.
Like where do I need to go, download, etc.

I want to make some sigs.

Get Azureus, or uTorrent, then download the torrent file, and let it download with your Bittorrent client.

I already have Azureus.  psyduck;

I downloaded some stuff with photoshop in the name but nothing happened.

Did Azureus open and start downloading it for you? Were there Seeders?  (Users that have downloaded the file and are uploading it to others)

Get a torrent client and get a torrent from demonoid/mininova/pirate bay or wherever you'd like.

I downloaded one file and it said 2 seeders but then it stopped downloading.

Though no matter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvzySuIE1Y4 this video helped me out.
